Interestingly the AGC has predicted $5.7 billion of Commercial starts in 2018 which would be 5.6% higher than 2017. I assume that covers the greater metro area and all types of commercial construction.
Since Springtime in the Rockies is primetime for ground breakings it will be interesting to see what else might pop up.

The 8 story Modera West Wash Park at Grant & Speer should be starting any day now if it hasn't already, I'll check on my way home.
