That's because the viewcones are only for the rich single family home dwellers on the west side around Kitsilano.

This is a serious skyline. It may not have the height, but I think Halifax's skyline is the best outside of the top 6 cities.

Just out of curiosity, which are the top 6? The top five skylines are obviously Toronto, Montreal Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton, but the 6th could be Ottawa, Winnipeg, QC, Hamilton, or even Mississauga or Burnaby of you want to count semi-suburbs.
