And those two 700+ footers, including Queens future tallest, will be separated from each other, giving the feel of a much larger skyscraper node (width) from the perspective of the NW flank (via DoBro) and SW flank (as viewed near LaGuardia).

LIC (general area) along with Tishman's towers and everything else rising/recently built. A couple of years ago, this place was a dump. Now its better than ever!

When Dad would take me along to LIC to pick up my YiaYia (Greek grandmother) in LIC for Easter or some other special day, I always imagined the area filled with towers.

Life has treated me well enough that I'm seeing those dreams come true before my eyes.
