I recently heard a radio ad on an Ottawa station for St-Hubert. It seemed to a corporate ad as opposed to a local ad, and they pronounced it "saint yew-bair".
When I was younger (when St-Hubert had a much bigger presence in Ontario, down in the south of the province) I seem to recall their ads referred to them as "saint hew-burt", or maybe even "saint hew-burts".
Isn't St. Hubert basically the same as Swiss Chalet?
It's odd how many Québécois will refer to the American new wave band The B-52s as "les Bé cinquante-deux". I've actually heard radio hosts name them this way on several occasions.
It's an extremely rare exception as the names of anglo bands are almost never frenchified in this way.

Like "Blink Cent Quattre Vingt Deux". Anything with numbers is fair game I guess.

I’ve always wondered how Quebecois pronounce Tim Horton’s or order a Baconator from Wendy’s. “On y vais chez Tim Oorrrton’s” and “Donne mwai un Baconateur’. I’ve never been to either establishment while visiting family in Boucherville so I have no idea.
Normally just "Tim". Pronounced the only way there is.
