taken from a craigslist posting for an apartment for rent in Altus.

The mall is really coming together! Shape's leasing site says turnover for phase 1 is spring of 2018 (let's hope they're on time), then we will really get a good idea of the retailers and food and bev providers moving into the mall.

Anyone who bought at Amazing Brentwood who could send me the updated Disclosure Statement? Have an unit to assign 52nd floor 1 + den. Can't find the exact floor plan need the DS allocation sizing, thanks.!

I don't think assignments are allowed. Check the contract and an attorney. I'm happy to chat with you offline.

I would guess this is the case since there are 1500 homes and zero assignments listed online.

Assignments are allowed, just that the cutoff date for each tower is different. T1 has already been cutoff. T2 cutoff is coming up. The cutoff dates have changed due to construction delays though.

Also I believe its up to the developer's policy as to whether or not assignments can be listed on MLS or if they must be done privately. In this case it seems like Shape has decided to go with the latter.
