Plans are in the works to unify all the transit systems in Metro Atlanta. Doesn't mean funding for expansion, but I'd say that it's a good step towards possible rail service to Cumberland and the likes.

I believe that was their intention. It's supposed to feel like different blocks in a city.

Man! I could not disagree more. With so much of the development and mid-rise apartment buildings in particular using the architectural lowest common denominator, I greatly appreciate the quality materials and detailed facade of this project.

The good news is SoNo on Peachtree would preserve both the Peachtree-Pine building and the Peasant Building (489 Peachtree). Also keeping the facades of the two smaller one story buildings immediately to the north. Here's the plan:
