Maybe this stretch of spring can be saved if a big enough development goes to this location and the parking garage across the street would be redeveloped? I always feel a little better when Selig owns some land. That said, i hope we see more projects of theirs break ground this year or at least get more updated renderings of 1125 Peachtree. Something taller and more iconic than PwC to fill in the gap in the skyline would be fantastic, obviously.
Do you happen to know who owns the land just north of Selig? There is not a parcel for it on the Atlanta viewer, so maybe the city or state? It's where the 15th street/bridge extension would go (and a lot taller of a lot than I would have anticipated).
