I find it very jumbled.
I find the red brick a bit odd because it only clads the overhanging section and doesn't really "tie-back" into the podium
- at least on the Kingsway corner - so it looks top heavy.
It's a bit like Chinatown's Sam Kee Building.
The black brick looks good (apart from the asymmetrical window placement).
The lime green between the red and black brick sections should be a neutral transition (akin to the balcony recesses on the black brick facade),
but instead is bright and loud, competing with the more luxurious brick instead of letting them shine.
It looks like it was designed by committee with each member wanting some attention.
