Looks like some of the windows segments have arrived for the top floor and are being unloaded. Maybe see those going in next week.

I give these guys props for pouring, heating and hoarding the concrete in this weather - but looking at the heat escaping those tarps... so inefficient.

Well, we're right about on those cold thresholds where people pretty much aren't allowed to work anymore...

A long time ago, but it looks different - more enclosed - today. And today was the first time I've noticed *two* elevator cars on it at once, one on either side of the vertical beam.

In fairness, those elevator cars are quite elusive.

Those elevators are in use non-stop all day long. There's also the same set-up on tower 1, at the Graham/Hargrave corner. Just on the backside when looking at the cam. It's red instead of orange. You can see the silver support above the roof.

hoping this is not a repeat question but its hard to tell from the construction cam angle, are they still changing the angle of tower 2 to resemble the province of MB?

^ You can definitely see the upper floors starting to jut out. But it seems a stretch to say that it's designed to look like the outline of Manitoba... it looks like it's just echoing some of the curves in the south tower.

For whatever reason they want to have a curved look to the top of it. But yes, as esquire mentioned, they started the jut out a couple floors ago. On the cam, you can see where the walls change on the west end of the tower. Facing the square, the form is still kind of hiding the jut out, but I can see it's there.

Next question, is there any amenity space on top of the Office tower? Or is it just mechanical. I ask because they're covering in the whole thing with insulation, no windows. Makes me lean towards mechanical floors only and no public. Some nice views from up there.
