I knew you were a big fan of the life of Ono. Years ago, my brother had just got divorced and was wanting to get married again and he and his soon to be 2nd wife were wondering where to get married and where they could do it the quickest due to his recent divorce etc and the fact that they were moving to the UK soon and I suggested that they get married ' in Gibralter, near Spain' which caused a chuckle with my brother and just a confused look with his 2nd wife.

Not one of my favourite Beatles songs. Its no 'its all too much' or 'tomorrow never knows' or 'within you without you'.

Agreed, the Canadian Tire guy exuded levels of unctuosity only seen in the likes of BM.

P.S. I love that very subtle but unnerving photoshop of Don and Eric. Made me actually laugh out loud.

As for that dweeb Galen Weston I agree he is scum. Joe Fresh clothes are cheap shit that falls apart within a month of buying it. Not to mention they ran a sweatshop that killed hundreds of workers.

Do you have Spence Diamonds commercials out east?

I'd like to nominate Spence Diamonds' ads as the most noxious commercials in Canada. Nothing annoys me more than when an owner of a company feels they are so interesting that they need to be in all of their advertising and be everywhere all the time.

Make sure to listen to the end for his awful scream. That's their trademark. They pollute the airwaves on every radio station. It's honestly one of the reasons I stopped listening to the radio.

Actually Canadian Tire surprisingly has a kickass Website. You can fine stuff and it will tell you the availability at the store and the aisle it is in. I was looking for a toy for a nephew for Christmas and it was 7 In stock aisle 58.

Stores are usually a mess but ours must have good employees and the Website is brilliant.

I've been hearing one commercial with Sean Jone's distinct scream in it....likely on the radio.......yea it's quite an irritating noise.

I don't think many of you heard of this guy, but the owner of a jewelry shop, Oliver, from Oliver Jewelry, has some really annoying and honestly stupid commericals that have been playing on television sometimes at least in the GTA from my knowledge. Here's the commercial I remember being rerun the most from him, it's at least 9 or 10 years old by now:
