Not really. I would love to see the area around 124 (extending to the Brewery District) become like the Pearl District in Portland. Behind Oliver Square, there have been new projects built over the last few years (although Gates on 117 is kind of cheap in appearance), and I am sure more are coming, but I would like to see better building materials. I hope Infinity on 105 (if that name still applies) will be condos. I am still disappointed the McLaren is not condos.

Alldritt has a huge opportunity for their lands on 124st north and west of SPR. Add a couple hundred units.

When the Marriott is topped out in the next few weeks, will the structural steel/concrete construction resources used on that tower be redeployed to Stantec or Tower B?

It is cheap and ugly but at least it is pedestrian friendly. The brick is not brick, it is textured stucco.

Fantastic compilation, but I have to ask about this particular project. If this is market housing, I'd never understand anyone who would look at this and scream "take my money"!!!!!

This has to be amongst the top five most ugly things to be built in Edmonton in the recent past. Anybody associated with this thing should be tarred and feathered. And yet they'd still look better than this MS Paint project.

The brick exterior 'wall paper' is the best. Thanks developer for your innovative new building material.
