JW should be topped out in the next 2 weeks.

Stantec is a week away from being 1/2 done. Told they should be going a floor every 5 days.

Any time!

No, not quite yet, but almost there...

I'd like to see Humber bay now, Eau Du Soleil should be starting to dominate soon.

I thought 10 York would be much farther along than it is as well.

10 York, getting to the endgame. This tower seems like it has on the list forever.

I'm still on the fence with 10 York. It's colour is a bit drab and it takes away the wow factor Ice had from certain angles. I think I'll like it more when people move in and the owners animate the facade a bit with different window coverings. I would have liked it more 10 floors taller or ten floors shorter so it didn't line up so much with the taller of the Ice twins.

I was hoping it would be 75 floors....I forgot it wouldn't be actually since the thread for this project wasn't updated....

I like the tower, and understand the issues of looking similar to other buildings nearby....but I think it did a great job removing a triangular parking lot in a formerly quite unpleasant area.

Eau de Soliel's cladding is beating the odds. Lot of spandrel but, it all blends together well.

I have a feeling this salesperson won't survive a bust. The listings are coming may just be time to call 88 Scott complete. (Ugh. I was just there but forgot to look to see if the hoist has come down) Anyone know?
