i like how this wasn't an issue from 1985 until 2008 when the first stupid dog owner decided he didn't care enough about his dog to keep it safe. when stupid people started getting older and being able to make decisions.
and then in 2014 when another stupid dog owner decided that it should be someone else's responsibility to make sure his dog stays safe instead of him. and then on-top of that, he says "i saw the warning sign about the drop, but then didn't realize what it meant because I'm an idiot" i am paraphrasing of course.
but good argument about the temporary fence that is now 4 years old.

that is just so temporary, yup. i am sure they are working on a permanent fix and it is just taking awhile to consult all the dog owners.
