What are they doing to the exposed sidecore? Are those brackets for a facade system?

The renderings suggested there would be aluminum (?) panels on the elevator core.

I wonder why the spandrel height is not consistent across the diagonal façade at the roof?

It's hard to tell but from some of the previous photos the concrete at that point seems to be higher than it drops down.

I think all the amenities are above the lower part, so a bridge makes sense.

Charleson Rentals

Does anyone have any information about the rental signs plastered all over the Charleson? I heard the rent was $5000 a month furnished and they’re trying to treat it like an Airbnb by making it a monthly stay. Which section is rental, the lowrise building facing Richards? At $5000 it’s not for the average person and does not provide a solution to the housing issue.
