BTW - note that the balcony glass treatment may be different on the Richards side,
as even the old rendering with yellow glass had clear/white glass on the Drake side.

As it stands I find the white clashes with the beige in a really awkward way.

From what I can see the balconies will be white and clear glass all the way around. Definitely clashy looking...

Here's a picture of some red colouring that looks like it's above the main entry door... not sure what's going on there...

Also wondering what that roll up door will be for? Which type of retail will have a roll up door on Richards St? Anyone know what's going into the commercial spots there?

Great to see they aren't sticking that patch of grass between the street and sidewalk like there is elsewhere. Maybe the city has realized that it doesn't make any sense

To me, a roll up door suggests a restaurant patio.
There's no curb cut - so it's not a driveway (i.e. not an auto mechanic)

I think the City just realized planted grass gets killed by doggy pee. Easier to pave it over.

However, let's not forget that our downtown looks so good compared to other North American cities because of the ample greenery we have, in the form of either sodded boulevards or trees.

As I was walking by today, an agent was meeting clients to show them a unit. I was tempted to ask to tag along, just for the sake of grabbing photos

The artwork is going up in the lobby. As for the street address/name, does this mean the title needs yet another update?

The prices on the website actually don't look bad, but maybe the "starting from" is not realistic, only available on 1 unit, etc.

Check out the 2 bedroom D4 Plan. The layout looks fine, but it's 611 sf. I wonder if you can fit more than a twin bed in the rooms.

On the plus side you can say you live on the 50th floor if you're at the top...
