I take back my earlier gripe with the "fins" going in on the plaza-facing side. Think it looks awesome how it's only on the one part of the building and the "outside" edges are flat. Really interesting texture & flow.
Very nice to see something built in Wpg where the finish materials actually match what's portrayed in the renderings. For a while I was worried they'd just put beige stucco all over this thing

Interesting they'd do that. I know how big a job it has been over the years to add and remove interior connecting stairs in our office space in Toronto, but I wouldn't have thought actually craning in the stairs would be cost-effective.

Our clay soil can't handle it. Imagine the flooding that would go on in the underground parkade. Can't have that.
THere is nothing stopping a tower from going to 40 floors. It has nothing to do with the clay as all these sky scrapers foundations go straight to bedrock.
