Which project will be back at ground level first: river landing east tower or Regina's capital pointe? My money is on east tower

I don't think you'll find any takers for that wager. I'd be shocked if RL East Tower isn't to grade level before Capital Pointe. That would mean that Capital Point would actually have to be worked on full time starting soon. Just don't see that happening.

me neither, thats sure some project though, even with our fun rivalry id love to see Capital Pointe built. i can see our North tower being built and this whole Parcel Y being completed before Capital Pointe does--thats if construction will even start.

There will be 4 parkade levels, extending out from the footprint of the building into the plaza area too.

It also extends north of the East Tower building along 3rd Avenue and wraps around the corner along 19th street, approximately to the footprint of the future north tower. It's a big parkade.

Thanks, all.
It seemed with the condo/hotel portion of the project, the parkade took quite some time to get to grade level and then the above grade portion has gone up surprisingly quickly.

Maybe they can get parkade completed by end of next Spring/early summer....does that seem reasonable?
