Agreed, it will bring a nice little boost to pedestrian activity in the area

I've seen an updated version of the hotel rendering (wil try to find and post it later). It's much better.

Here's one updated rendering but I thought there was one even more recent than this.

I hope that if this is built, they integrate the Marta entrance into the building. You can tell they built that enterance as a temporary enterance, designed to eventually be built into a building on that site

Bear in mind, it's a Hampton Inn.

Compared to most of them, that's actually pretty decent-looking.

2. Can you kindly provide me the link where I can read the other bids for Turner Field? Apparently my Google Search is broken because mine is saying ZERO results.

I don't mind you coming for me (even aggressively), but next time kindly come correct!
Only one person is being aggressive here. Next time I’ll ask permission before introducing facts into the discussion. My google search isn’t broken. https://www.bizjournals.com/atlanta/news...hree-bids-to-redevelop-turner-field.html

Awesome - always open to be proven wrong, so long as, it comes from a place of fact. With that said, it appears you attached the wrong link because this article does not detail how much the other 2 bidders offered. Note, I am looking for how much the competing bidders offered per acre.

I would absolutely love to get your feedback on Carter and Oakwood selling 3.3 acres to Aspen heights for $2,000,000 an acre or $6 Million, 9 months after they paid COA $425,000 an acre.

The principal of Oakwood Development, Kelly King, is an insider of the Atlanta political elites group. Take it from there...ain't rocket science.
I'd like to do discovery on some of those bank accounts, but I guess that's the FBIs job.

Where did you get that info? If you look up both of the people listed in LinkedIn, they are both Senior Level Architects. Andrew Jacobs attended Auburn University, but graduated in 2004. Roland Vaughan attended VA Military Institute in 1970. Also, Vast Solutions only was founded 8 years ago.
