Looks like the phase 3 of Bradley ext. is still 2032 after last nights bostwick rd. realignment meeting.

This needs to get fast tracked, the traffic volume increase in that area in the past year has doubled or tripled (I am just basing that on my driving the area 2-3 times per day). Wonderland Road South in general is only going to get busier and the city is doing nothing to improve that in the short term.

Simple things like making a left hand turn lane for both directions onto Wharncliffe for example, they have had the road dug up a number of times why not just add it? Now with Bradley connecting you will force even more traffic onto Wonderland especially for drivers heading West.

I agree and this area seems like it will grow real quick. I think London needs a new timeline for the roads being built. These timelines are from back when people thought London shouldn't grow. It was almost anti growth back then.

Still heavy work going on the extension east of Wonderland. Very slow as they have been at it for months now. Given all the dry weather you would have thought they would be much further along. They will need to pick up the pace if they want to get it done before the snows.

The east portion is basically complete, it is just the stretch near Wonderland that needs to be finished up. A few people I know working on the site said they are hoping to be paving that portion by the end of next week or the following worst case senario

The intersection of Bradley and wharncliffe looks nice. Lots of lights. Also they built a turning lane in for the extension that will go towards white oak rd.

Have the fixed Wonderland in the area? The road is shit and the lines are hard to follow with morons constantly drifting between both lanes due to how they paved it

Its still brutal, they are installing sidewalks on the east side apparently as we go a letter at work.

I don't understand how this is going to take till 2032... I think realistically they could have this project done in another 2 or 3 years.

I especially don't see how the Wonderland to Bostwick section should take that long. It sounded like York had some pretty aggressive developments plans for back there after the arena complex is finished and I would think Bradley would be the main access road to it. And it is a pretty short span as well.

Drove down it a few times already, it is really nice! Is someone still living in that house at the end of the street though?

Are you referring to the farm with the red barn? I think so but I think its bought by z group because the whole property around it will be like 1400 homes. This link will give you a better understanding.

Incredible, Bradley between Warncliffe and Wonderland was actually built as a 4 lane divided road!

Caught a glimpse at it for the first time today. It's so odd to see the city build something not half-assed so it has to be torn up and upgraded later.
-The extensions east and west cannot come soon enough. Bradley needs to be linked together to avoid the strain that is starting to build on the somewhat recently widened Southdale Road.

It is actually quite nice, I drive it daily (and it is dead for the most part due to the lacking East extension).

I still don't understand why Bradley is being built in a truncated way?! I had heard there was some type of environmental or legal dispute that held up the White Oak Rd to Wharncliffe extension portion, but now is scheduled for completion in 2022. Would've made more sense to built east to west..

I think it's based on the development going on. The neighbourhood between Wonderland and Wharncliffe is being built, so it makes sense to build that piece of Bradley to give access to it. Once development on the White Oaks to Wharncliffe stretch gets going, they will do that piece. Naturally I'd like them to do that sooner than that though, as well as the little piece west of Wonderland connecting to Pack Rd.

At one point there was a dispute with a property owner along the east side of Wharncliffe. I have no idea whatever came of it, though that was around 11 years ago now.
