13th and Tremont

So I was checking out Buzz Geller's sleek and modern web page (obviously built on html5 and Angular 4) and noticed that the lot on 13th and Tremont is under contract. What project is this for again?

^ I absolutely love the simplicity of that website.

Ladies and gentlemen... We have exterior lighting! (I know we've known this but I haven't photographed it until tonight )

I like your Denverinfill post teases about the extent of the strip lighting... well done!

I was half-tempted to go take a drive and check it out, but I want to see it without the interior floors all lit up due to construction.

Wow, nice ROI:
Quote:
Dublin purchased the other parcel needed for the development in September. The 0.1-acre lot at 2729 W. 28th Ave. cost $500,000.

The previous owner, Teresa Young, had purchased the site and 1,000-square-foot home in 1995 for $47,000, according to property records.
Looks a lot like their University condo project. Yay more condos!

So are there two different "colors" of interior lighting? The lower floors all look like a yellow glow and uppers floors a bluish glow.

I could be wrong but the lower floors are already built-out and the upper floors are still awaiting tenant finishes so they are "bare" with temporary lighting so they look different. I expect the whole tower to eventually look like the lower half.

Another big project being planned in RiNo.....

https://www.bizjournals.com/denver/news/...se-project-planned-for-denvers-rino.html

EDIT: 85,000 SQ of retail space would be a very welcome addition to the neighborhood, and a sizeable one at that!

From the rendering looks like a 4, and 9 story buildings with retail on the bottom floor. Nice project with nice density.

The developer has another rendering, that is likely older, but it gives an idea of the scale of what may be the full buildout.
