I don't think these are single-storey buildings. Look at the lobbies with the elevators. I'm sure they are for the strata condos upstairs. As these are commercial leasing plans, we don't get to see the residential portion. Funny thing is that they keep plunking CRUs in the sparsely-populated neighbourhoods, way more than the downtown core deserves.
