It could look fantastic if the "inner pyramid" was lit consistently, and the peripheral facades were kept darker. I'm probably not using the terms correctly but I think you understand.

On a full moon night, the crown of Comcast Center is barely visible to the naked eye. The intensity of the light should definitely be dialed up a lot. Who knows maybe it violates some weird FAA regulation.

When CC1 was built, that was all I could think of - a thumb drive. Fortunately, since 2007 the need for thumb drives has dissipated and as a result my opinion of the building has increased over the past decade. In another 20 years, when there's wireless electricity and everything is stored in the cloud and there's no more need for USB ports, people will forget about flash drives and CC1 will be viewed for what it is.

The diagrams that were posted show 3, so it’s almost done. I️ thought each section of spire would be higher.

I was going to say the same thing. 2 more sections that size for a total of 3 and it's done minus the cladding covering it all.
