I was here. That problem was so abundant you almost knew it would be fixed. This particular deviation is worrisome because everything else has been finely placed into its home.

There's still a boarded up window area low on the east side. It's been driving me nuts. All will be well in good time.

To be expected. Not a finished project and still a construction in-progress zone.

I still find it hard to believe they put the loading docks on Cuthbert street. I’m having a hard time seeing 18 wheelers getting in and out of that street.

It looks like trucks could back in. Most trucks are probably shorter for delivery of food and other goods.

It's going to be a tight squeeze...

It looks like they're doing work tonight. I've seen the crane move a couple times on the webcam, and the top on the north side looks lit up.

We must now be at steps 10 & 10a..
Note the reference to a "2nd shift" for 10a..
So lantern steel by day and cooling tower cladding by night

it's crazy to think that 3.5 weeks after the lantern steel starts in earnest, it will be at full height (if things go according to the schedule above). good times.

are we sure the core extension is complete? To me diagram 10a makes it look like the cooling towers in right now are the lower ones...and the next two will be put on top of them...not under as people on here have suggested. The core extension in 10a and on most of the rendering images looks taller than what we have so far

I think & hope you're right, I've been wondering the same thing as it appears they've only put in 2 of the 4 units. How are they supposed to jam the other 2 in the structure under the ones already placed... I really hope that tower goes up another clip

Edit: and by the way, I observe it every morning from Baltimore Pike (Route 1) at its intersection with 352 in Media PA, quite a distance but on a clear day you can see Comcast & CTC side by side perfectly. Finally, CTC appears to be at an equal height with Comcast. If/when that tower goes up a little higher I think it'll give CTC the edge in visual height even from that great distance as opposed to just being higher due to the lantern.

From page 297, I'm not sure what the special red section is, but it doesn't appear on slide 9. It looks like that tower section is done, so the mystery is what that red section represents.

yea I've seen that too, which is why it is confusing. They built what looked like section 1 of the tower & the next step was supposed to be placing the cooling units in followed by erecting section 2 of the tower then placement of units 3 & 4. But what they did was build section 1 and 2 then place units 1 & 2 into section 2??? Section 1 is empty, how are they getting the cooling units in there? Unless I missed something this is what has happened thus far leading me to think the 2 remaining units are going on top of what we already have?

Units 1 & 2 were set months ago. Prior to the steel cracking. There is no evidence that they took them out. They sit level with the main roof, not above the red/pink pipes in those renderings. Maybe this is why they are harder to see. I tried to find the posts from the summer time when they hoisted them into place but I could not find them quick enough. I'll look again later when I have more time.

glad you explained that because it certainly is difficult to see anything in there. The pink items may be pumps.

did they hoist them directly from the ground because I swear those two units that were sitting on the roof of the office section never moved, maybe that's why I'm thinking the section 1 tower has been empty all this time (assuming those two would be the first two set)
