Interesting to note from the TDS twitter is that SkyCity is a client of theirs that they've promoted as recently as Sept. 21

That glass looks a lot like the stuff on the Hydro building. Must have got a deal on it lol.

They should put a patio on the church residence roof lol

Hydro has a very expensive unitized curtain wall system that would still be outrageously priced if you found it dismantled on kijiji

I noticed the similarity too... at a glance from that angle, someone might think that the buildings are part of the same development!

I find that Hydro looks clear and TNS looks blue-green.

The metal frames on the TNS curtain wall has a blue protective film on it (inside). I don't think the windows have it. But definitely gives it a blue tinge, especially when the sun is shining.

It just needs to be lit up at night, and PLEASE... put the MH logo on the top of the chimney!

I love how skinny the residential tower is. That last one is a great shot.

Office tower is forming the roof now. I assume the elevator core will go up another level and maybe some other room for mechanical stuff.

And yeah that photo is a good one!

^Assuming they stick to plan it looks like for once the mechanical will be hidden and incorporated into the design.

That's actually one of the things that's always bugged me about MHP is that yes the mech is hidden, but the brownish area it's hidden in looks weird and out of place on the rest of the building. Also hate they put the signs there to draw extra attention to it. And it's not lit up lol.

if i was working there i would have snuck a few floors on there for ya'll agree it seems a bit shorter then I thought.

awesome though. i have a hard time picturing how this will actually look when under construction. The glass going up is helping. still love it.
