We really have no details, though, to talk about. No renderings, no indication whether an implement for a commuter rail station will be built into the basement, no idea what the footprint or scope will be. I think there will be more to talk about once details emerge.

Agreed. Although from the preview I was lucky enough to see, it's going to be a real game changer. Hopefully they will reveal more details soon.

Unfortunately, I can't say much. But it's something to be excited about.

Permitting process is progressing for
Quote:
Marietta Street Student Apartment Development
Mixed-use development
at 808 and 818 Marietta St NW.

The permits indicate a total of about 250,000 square feet of development among the two parcels. SAP was filed back in July.

This one has been flying under the radar. Anyone have any more information?

Contact information on the permit is for Peak Campus. http://www.peakcampus.com/

There tend to be more construction updates in the Atlanta sub-forum http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/forumdisplay.php?forumid=330

This project seems to be quietly moving forward. For some reason, I got the impression that this was more of a long term development plan.

I hope you have enjoyed all of the research I posted here and all of my insults have not encumbered your pleasure too much.

I have a wagger for you, if you can find 1 POST I made where I actively insulted someone on the forum and was not replying to, I will give you a $100 Amazon gift card.

Prove me wrong Bobby....

I don't know. It feels like 1105 W. Peachtree is moving pretty swift, all in all.

I love this forum, but 3K, can we hear from you a little bit less? Please? There has been so much bickering in the last few weeks, and you are typically in the middle of it.

Let's just stick to development and avoid personal tiffs.

If everyone would just not argue with everyone else, it wouldn't be a problem. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, that's what chat forums are for. If you don't like something someone says, just simply ignore it. Don't feed the negativity. The more you feed into it, the more it's going to happen.

I read this as "twitter banter" HA

We all know how quick he is to block Twitter profiles of some our very own investigating journalists.

I was about to say "All I get when I visit his feed is "You are blocked from following @KasimReed and viewing @KasimReed's Tweets."

Blocked me after I suggested the City should look at bringing in a new MLB club after the Braves left. Very sensitive.
