I actually
don't want Amazon in Midtown. There's already plenty of momentum in Midtown, and the area has been a congested construction zone for years now. I'm ready for the pace to slow a little and the new projects to come online and fill up, and new residential/hotel/office projects to follow in the coming years.
Amazon will build like 10-15 new highrises in a few years, where ever it goes. Midtown would basically be a mess of construction and traffic for the foreseeable future, all in the name of building an Amazon-town that would crowd out future construction.
