Time to fire up some more Comcast 3 talk ... Child Advocates building is almost a goner!

-There will be one tower at 19th and Arch on this parking lot.
-There will be one tower at 20th and Arch on the remaining parking lot.
-If they cannot get the school to sell, there will be a third tower on the opposite corner of 20th and Arch incorporating the historic building and the small sliver of parking lot.

Will include office, residential and retail components.

That's my guess!

I think they'll build at 19th and Arch to 19th and Cherry, not knocking down the school. For a height prediction, I'd guess probably between 400 to 500, but Comcast does evidently like to build big, so who knows. It won't be on par with the other two in height.

FIRST; I would be willing to bet " your " last dollar , there will not be a 3rd. tower .
Not that it matters but , previously I mentioned financial concerns about the difference in end costs .
Building another 15/18 floors on top of existing CITC ..... in anticipation of future growth , might be
more cost affective than all the other high rise towers Comcast might be willing to invest in . In addition
to that possibility , no-one posting here , or board members at Comcast have concrete proof that such
a venture will be profitable , 5/7 years down the road so the longer the delay , the smaller the chance .....

Once again , not that anyone gives a crap about my input , but I would rather see some bank or alternative
resources company build a 50 story 650 ' tower at either 19th. or 20th. & Arch ..... than some snub nose
high rise at one of those prime locations .

PS ; No Russian , Qatar or German banks need apply ........

You can't just tack on additional floors to most buildings like you're building a tower out of legos. They have to be specifically designed and engineered to allow for future expansion. By all accounts, CITC was not.
