The first pic of avanti looks dreadful. Drabbest looking thing, that'll be a depressing place in the overcast grey winter

^ A bit bigger than I was expecting. I was thinking it would be more Aquabus side. I guess it doesn't really matter as a demonstration; they only care about demand I'm guessing.

Regarding new ferry service to Queenborough. Love seeing an active jetty with people actually taking vessels to cross water bodies. That's what seaside/riverside towns should be like.

That's a pretty basic mistake too. They must've just used Google Translate.

It's an awfully strange looking building too, honestly looks like it was designed in the 60s.

Haha, that's kinda why I love it! We need more fun and funky architecture for the dreary winters.

I think they just looked up direct translations in the dictionary word for word, Google Translate is pretty good nowadays when it comes to full short sentences

I don't think there's any new information here, but Morguard confirming they are looking to build 4 condo towers on the Coquitlam Centre parking lot ranging from 28 to 38 storeys:
http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-co...owers-burnaby-surrey-coquitlam-1.4260054

No timeline was mentioned though, so could be a while yet.
