Lools really nice, but also much taller than the real 35 floors.

This statement tower is anchored by five distinct columns, which escalate thirty-five storeys to culminate in an unprecedented glass-enclosed penthouse amenity space spanning two storeys into the sky.

Positioned on a natural rise, the mountain views are extraordinary.

Thanks for the pic. This one's actually in Coquitlam. It's the two-tower (one strata/one rental) development planned for 430/450 Westview Street. Klazu's right that the height of the render is massively exaggerated.

And as mentioned Burquitlam Capital is also on the Coquitlam side of North Road.

^ I remember them talking about a new SUB when I was an SFU student more than a decade ago.

Incidentally, for the kids out there, I don't recommend naming your SSP avatar after your university and city.

Just be grateful you didn't commit the internet rookie mistake of including your birthdate or birthyear in the name.

It only gets worse the more time passes.

Johnny1972* and CoolGrl_1992* can confirm this.

(* not really actual people...... that we know of.
Any similarities to actual Johnny's born in 1972 or Ladies born in 1992 is purely coincidental)
