Both of these projects were added to their website in the last week. Not sure if they are real or not.

Hopefully follow up news isn't far behind. That tower looks amazing.

EDIT: Also noticing that neither rendering for the hotel includes Icon and Atlantic House.

If the PFVS site still displays the "Sky Garden" proposal, that worries me a little regarding the likelihood of action on the "MXD" Hotel development.

Also, does "Sky Garden" & the "MXD" Hotel proposal occupy the same site?

Unless I am seeing things, these renderings seem to indicate additional Towers sprouting from the roof-top of the Gallery building.

According to the site plan, there are cores for future condo and hotel towers. That's reassuring. As great as the pavilion is, it would have been a big waste of land on a prime location had that been the only addition.

Opus Gallery & JPX Projects

It is nice to see this type of refreshing design work - including all the JPX design project taking root along Peachtree.

Note to Portman & Associates... please take a long look at these well designed projects that "pushed the envelope" a little. Let them soak into your sub-conscience & remember... it's okay to color outside of the lines sometimes.

Man it would be sweet if they build out all three this cycle.

Also, 3000, awesome finds. That MXD development at 14th and Spring is awesome even it isn't moving forward. What a great rendering that really fits in with our skyline.

I also love this design. I wonder why all the renderings for No. 1 Opus do not have any street trees? Looks kind of odd without them.
