Sadly, that probably won't be the case.

One correction tho: it is immediately to the south of the Governor's Mansion.
Do you have info on the age of the building? I did a quick look and couldn't find anything
I had always taken it as either a faux historical 80s building or so slipcover all history has been covered up.
Would love to know.
