that wrap the balcony slabs will be much more prominent.

This one has all the symmetry the Mark should have had. It's not the most exciting building around but it's turning out pretty well.

To me, it has a clean "sleek" quality to it, which is nice. And it's tall, which accentuates that.

Glass is finally being installed on the subpenthouse level (diagonal side)
They've installed a clear panel above where the left-most spandrel stripe terminates, but expect spandrel panels to cover the columns.

I guess it's relatively clean, compared to the 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵 next door. The podium still looks like a poorhouse though.

^^^ Thanks for the insider's point of view. I often wonder what things look like from up above from so many buildings that I only see from ground level. Those are great views all around.
