Thanks!

I didn't realize that the elevator core had the grooves / lines.

Anyone else notice the new lighting up the recessed corners of the elevator core?
Or are those from interior lights that have been left on?

Yes, I think they are interior lights that are on, probably permanently because it looks like these windows are in a common area (hallway) by the doors to the stairwells. That's my guess based on these pics I took today. In the last couple you can see what I think are EXIT signs mounted on the ceiling.

Looks like the lighting featured noted as part of the DP has not been included in the final product, which is disappointing.

Yeah, how can they just get away with that!?

This white blank wall can be seen from the entire eastern side of the inner city.

Major disappointment.

Thanks, I was wondering if they were common area or not.

The strips created by the windows outshine any light feature that would have been installed - makes me wonder if adjacent residents will complain (but they are just interior lights).

I still wonder about the brackets shown in the picks - could mean something else will be installed as artwork.

If they really get away with this, I think the entire CoV department overseeing this need to get the sack. Someone's not doing the job.

I see balcony glass on the left - just frit at the bottom to cover the slab - like at Telus Garden.
Disappointing....

On closer inspection, also seen in McMinsen's pic:

wow! I didn't even notice that the glass went in when looking at the building today. So looks like clear with a frosted white bottom for the win. (personally just soo happy it wasn't yellow) but the white doesn't exactly match anything.

It matches with the white concrete wall. You would think the city would want them to use full fritted balcony glass to help reduce evil solar gain

Can it be any more boring than this? Other than the height of the building, this building is getting less appealing as completion nears. Well, just looking forward to what would open up at the CRUs below.

Ain't 'it the truth! That yellow¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤ was the worst thing about it. The white looks quite sharp as is, imo

Why couldn't they have the fritt end at the same level as the adjacent mullion?

I think frosted striated white strips that fade upwards would've been way nicer than solid white like this.
