I always said Quebec doesn't have many trailer parks.

I actually found one. On the island of Montreal. In the middle of an industrial park. You can't make this up folks:

I've travelled much of Quebec and have seen quite a few of them. I definitely see them in towns in Abitibi-Témiscamingue, the region that borders where I live. I remember seeing quite a few in Eastern Quebec as well. But I don't remember seeing them in larger cities.

One difference that I noticed is that the mobile homes in Quebec were often on municipal streets rather than on a entirely private land trailer parks like we have in Timmins.

I lived in a trailer park for a half year in the early 90s, a few miles from some dumpy shitpoke town halfway between Kelowna and Vernon. I fucking hated the place, and many of the people living there.

The Montreal example has a house on the main street and I think that house was the home on the larger parcel and then it probably developed the trailer park and then all around the industry developed.

Nicely paved municipal streets, paved driveways, well kept yards and trailers. If you go to the South end of that block you can see downtown Ottawa and I think the Peace Tower!

Here are some of the trailer parks in Timmins. You should see them in Spring when they get very muddy, huge puddles and full of potholes. I think I can only get views from main roads as all of them are fully on private property.

The city has grown around the trailer park, and there are some pretty high end properties in spitting distance of this place, but there still don't appear to be any plans to relocate the trailer park.

The low life who shot five Mounties (killing three) a few years back here in Moncton lived in this trailer park........

Good find. I wonder if it's on Native property? Google doesn't usually cover their streets.
