Not sure. My guess is that there are inset balconies where the black lines are. Still better than having protruding or wraparound ones, though.

Welcome to the Forum ericmacm, and thanks for the update!

Looks nice, glad most of the balconies are gone, and those big-— podiums went on a successful diet too...

Thanks, haha, I've been a lurker here for a while, finally joined.

Definitely is an improvement over the last design. I still wish they had kept more of a dark colour scheme, but it'll look alright without it. The balconies (or potential lack thereof) is certainly welcome in a sea of buildings with wraparounds and protrusions.

It looks strange in this render..mostly because I can see Midtown Minto's taller tower in the background. I don't really feel this will be a great project...but if it's in Mississauga, I could care less.

I like the podium. I'm not sure about the tower. There's some strange transition is happening near the top but, it could be the rendering. The curtain wall looks exceptional. What are the chances?

For a seniors/care centre..I'm pretty damn impressed. Generally I see seniors homes going for conservative, brick clad designed towers that aren't interesting at all, but this has some real design factored in. I agree here with WS on the upper areas..

Poor Hamilton. These higher res pics don't help. Possibly the most incoherent collage of ideas I've ever seen.

these towers look a little confused. I kinda dig it but wonder if they'll already look dated once they go up.

I like the northwest side, they look a little International in style from that angle.

Theory Toronto. I assume it gets it's name from it's proximity to U of T. Personally I feel this thing is way to big and bulky for this location. It's not as though it's in an area that will evolve into a high-rise node so this one tower will stick out like a sore thumb.

This is 203 College, which was at the OMB last I heard... is this what has come out of it?

The original proposal was 33 storeys, 115 metres. http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=108366
