I always get a kick out of the big lake freighters that travel the Great Lakes. Really emphasizes that the Great Lakes are more like inland seas than they are lakes. The freighters can be as long as Panamax ships but a lot more slender do to lock constraints.

We believe it is on floor 28 or so, which means it is about to pass 130m so only Epcor and Manulife really to surpass. Floor 30 will be a switchover to residential, so expect things to slow and then accelerate. My guess is Late August or early Sept.
