Wow. I dig the fountain. Still trying to decide if this is worse than Brossard's Roman Villa. It definitely does appear more in your face douchey being 2 floors of fugly with that giant ass fountain. But Brossard has a painted Roman Centurion... Tacky old guido vs tacky young douche?

Is that grass on the front lawn real? It can't be if the imagery was taken in April.

Could be astroturf. Sadly I have seen that before in residential.

Honestly for all the things Vancouver does right with planning, a lot of it's SFH neighbourhoods are abysmal. Planners have only now really started to focus on SFH built form.
