Tempe updated their building permit/plan review information. Updates:
- The Local/Foundry/Whole Foods had their building permit issued. Fence and signs are up. This one appears to be a go.

- Carvana has applied for a building permit, and seems to be moving forward.
- Metro 101 (Apache/101) applied for building permit. Glad this one is moving relatively quickly. Good to get something that isn't trying to be "luxury."
- Freedom Rio is in review for a building permit (sort of old news, given that as others mentioned above, there is already some vertical construction)
Somewhat confused by lack of information regarding permitting for The Pier. Clearly a fair amount of work being done on the site, and the tower crane base in.
Pretty cool though overall to see a lot of the long-in-coming projects coming good. By my count, that gives us:
Under Construction- Broadstone Lakeside
- Jefferson Town Lake
- Aura Watermark
- Rise Apache
- Nexa (basically done but I'm counting it)
- ASU Bio building C
- Sterling
- Valor on 8th
- Fore McClintock
- 7th Street
- Freedom Rio
Construction Appears Imminent- The Pier
- Crescent Rio
- The Local
- Metro 101
- Skyview
Progressing through Zoning/Entitlements- Hayden Flour Mill
- Park Place (Terrace/Apache)
- Mirabella
- 7th/Forest
- Hotel on 7th/Mill
Stragglers seem to be Farmer Arts 2 (the office portion that was approved), Mill + Rio, Villas at Southbank, Eastline Village. Overall, pretty good.
