Cool pic, that mall needs to go or get a complete overhaul.

Part of me is guessing those chairs were put back there after the whole water-rising situation on the islands. FCP still looks pretty visible...thankfully the Harbour Plaza towers just south of it aren't ugly.

^The USS Dwight D. Eishenhower (CVN-69) is about 150 ft longer and displaces almost 70,000 more tons (100,000 vs. ~35,000) than the Intrepid, which is a heavily converted WWII era Essex class carrier. The Nimitz class carriers are massive.

The Eisenhower is 333 metres long. A supertall on it's side!

In '77 I toured the Enterprise while it was docked in Charleston, NC. A floating city...

New shot from this morning. More Telus Sky progress. Someone decided to tie up the cleaning lines right in the way.

Telus sky is going to contrast Brookfield quite nicely!

I wonder how the skyline will appear when Telus Sky tops out. Will it still have variation or will all 4 of the tallest appear virtually the same height? Hopefully it's not a table top.

Also I wish there was something built to block the Hyatt. What a hideous 00's POMO POS it is! Uglies up the view of our nicest new skyscraper. Who knows, maybe the Glenbow can renovate and build a taller addition? One can dream...

Will be more of a plateau skyline than a tabletop.
