Not sure a name change would help. My mother still calls it "Simpson Sears" or "Woolco".

Your mother being the targeted audience is why they are in this mess in the first place. I'm not suggesting just a name change either.

This is like my grandmother, who's mental map seems to have been locked in place about 25 years ago. She still asks me where stuff is in relation to things that no longer exist.

"Is that near the Woodward's?"
"That isn't helpful Grandma."

Ironically when I worked at SEARS years ago the old people never bought anything. Family's bought appliances and electronics and clothes but seniors only showed up to hang out in the cafe and crap their pants on the way to the bathroom (true story). The only things I ever actually sold to a person with silver hair were batteries and cordless phones with giant number buttons.

I've already reached that point with Repsol Centre or whatever the fuck it's called now. I still call it Lindsay Park. Corporate sponsorship names are annoying and change all the time.

Yep, still Lindsay Park for me too. Thankfully the Saddledome has remained as such throughout. I can't even remember what it was called after Lindsay Park now, also haven't been in there since I got my knee brace in 1999 I think. Been a little while.

Damn....I gotta find my tumblr. I always forget my password but after a few dozen tries I relog in. Tumblr is something I use maybe 3 times a year.

You don't need to login to see it.

A lot of weird people go on it. Theres porn, and a bunch of uh...cults and weird groups. Then again, theres a lot of people that yell at each other on the site, kinda like a youtube comment section.

It's SUPPOSED to be a blogging site..but its weird now, thankfully still functional to those who enjoy it.

I mainly know it from two of my favourite blogs: Harper's Dildo's (literally just pics of Stephen Harper holding dildos) and Trumphole (Be warned: NSFW)

A couple from the backside of Rabbittown.

And a couple from immediately adjacent Freshwater Valley.

Keep this post and haul it out in forty years to see if you aren't doing the exact same thing (2017/2057 version).
