Anyone else think it's going to look sad to have this gorgeous building sitting next door to an empty dirt lot? Gems 2 better get their — together. It will be dissapointing if they wait for the 2020 completion of Vista to start their second project. I know I know, enrollment is down in building one, well then they need to start doing some recruiting, or sell the site to someone else.
