The design lends a dash of ambiance of NYC-style maturity to a city, in any city. In Vancouver, there is so little, if any of this - the overwhelming materials being glass and metal
that done 'as if in stone' like this, on a large scale, an element of the large churches on Burrard, and their established solid mellowness could be transformed into 'blgs with parallel energy & feel.
