Which tower will be built first? When they say 40 storys if demand warrants it does that mean it will be the second tower? Thought the drawings submitted to the city were for 35 storys. Im sure theres lots of moving parts though so things are changing rapidly.

I'm a female. 2 bathrooms if it's couple so he can use the guest bathroom.

If you both have to get ready in the morning it saves relationships.

It can help, though surely a couple could share a bathroom? (Then again I'm not much of a make up wearer, so maybe that makes things more complicated. Especially for a lesbian couple?)

I can see why two bathrooms would be necessary for a couple, especially if they got a busy work schedule, though I'm not exactly an expert in the field, only a person knowledgeable of how two bathrooms is generally a good idea for an apt (rental or condo it's the same idea and situation, cmon now) with 3+ people residing there.

lesbians generally don't wear makeup - it's part of the whole feminist movement of which they don't want to feel controlled to look "pretty" - of which many lesbians are a part of.

Lamb has always had celebrity names associated with his condo project floorplans: at any rate, it doesn't matter as most of his GTA investors will gobble up these suites. The thing that really matters, which sadly most Hamilton developers don't yet understand, is exterior design. Thankfully, Lamb gets aA. And thus Television City will be Hamilton's best-looking apartment building built in at least 40 years.

I heard this interview and never heard the word 'suburb' come out of his mouth. Unless I missed part.
He actually made some great points...we are finally a city where investors can come and be successful, but he knows some long-time residents will resist change even tho the status quo isn't pretty.

Me talking now: I'm routinely on Barton, King, Main east from downtown to Red Hill. Any Hamiltonian who can seriously call that entire corridor a beautiful example of urbanism that should be preserved at all costs is out to lunch. We have the highest tax rate in Ontario in part because huge swaths of our city are underperforming.

My entire life I've longed for the day where big-time biz folks from TO and elsewhere would see Hamilton as an opportunity. Perhaps that day has arrived??

I get a chuckle reading the angst from the social media activists in Hamilton saying they don't want someone like Lamb coming here to make money. Apparently you can only be a successful biz owner if you're born and raised in Hamilton.
And I also presume that these complainers have strict policy in their galleries and art shops to accept zero business from Toronto visitors or transplants.

Ironic that the same crowd praises a hike to minimum wage. So let's set the record:

- they don't want anyone coming here who thinks they can make money in Hamilton
- they want minimum wage to constantly go up
- I presume they won't accept money/business from Torontonians (let's chat at Supercrawl)

So, pay everyone more...but get lost if you're a biz owner from Toronto...we don't want your money...

good to hear that his comments have been clarified.

It's good that Toronto money is coming to Hamilton. We just need to ensure that we are able to keep Hamilton's charm and prevent it from becoming just another suburb(which I don't think will happen).
