Not sure if this is what he means, but the columns on the far right and far left are significantly taller than those in the middle. Pretty sure that the top of those taller columns is where the height of the floor plate becomes uniform across the entire building, after the deck in the middle is poured and an additional level of shorter columns is then added in that middle portion. And then it's up and away at a quicker pace.
