I'm looking forward to this. It looks like a solid development. I'm curious about the condos on site. Could be decent being so close to the WCE and with the rec centre right in your back yard.

Might as well snap some of Southgate (lack of any erection but site clearing has begun with work digging up deep, with a brown dirt(y) mess!)

Okay, I think I'm done the forum for today

Found this possibly dead in the water plan to update the exterior of Coquitlam Centre.

The Future Shop is a bit of an indication. Unless it was existing at that spot. Maybe this came about when the Evergreen line was beginning construction. Kinda dated looking.

This render is dated 2004

it was done years ago pretty much, will need to get out there and get a current picture but they did the exterior there a long time ago, there used to be an east side marios to the right but it sat empty a while and is now an urban barn

pic is too big

Thanks for the update - The Peninsula has really flown under the radar, but it's quite the substantial tower. Nice to see a well-executed tower breaking from the typical Burnaby/Vancouver tiny floorplates.

Completely agree on great execution with Peninsula. Looks like a high-quality landmark for the area.
