It would be nice to see the door remain open to doing something on the Fort side, although I recognize that it's kind of awkward with the parkade ramps there.

Well, nobody is hoping for "future"... that's where the grocer would go... entrance is on the front side, you walk THROUGH the 330 portion, as it's not thick, and there's the grocer.

Artis has said they intend to put amenity space and common areas for the residents up there, including some outdoor space.

I'll say that the whole thing looks like a bit of a design mishmash now with none of the parts of Winnipeg Square really matching, but hey... at least it beats what's currently there.

I really like what they've done... think of the design progression differently. Don't think 360, to 330, to 300... Think 300, to 330 to 360. 360 has always been there and is an amazing presence, but the new king of this block is 300, so you need 300 to be as bold as possible and try to base the complex off that...
300 clearly has some design features not seen anywhere in Canada other than perhaps vancouver with that round corner and wood beam treatment. Central portion, with a more modern application of wood texture, shows a slight departure from the more "organic" corner at Main and Graham, which transitions well to the very clean but uniform appearance of 360.
That makes sense in my head, could be jibberish though.
