Until the Confederation station at Centennial Pkwy is built and service is extended into Niagara Region (years away yet:
2019 completion of Confederation, service by 2021 to Grimsby and 2023 to the Falls) this one is likely to remain quiet. Though I do hope they start making a stop there during the seasonal weekend service.
Under
the RER plan announced in April 2015, to be completed over 10 years,
West Harbour is to get 1/2 hour peak direction service during the morning and afternoon commuting periods.
