^Good question. It might not and it would be a very slow portion of Broad up there through the residential section. Much akin to Lewvan around Donahue. The turns onto the Ring Road could be troublesome, but once on it, it would be a quick jaunt to the University. Downtown, maybe not so much, but Winnipeg to Ross to Broad isn't too bad a journey.
