It's not a knockout, but it is a very strong work; it shows what results from a strong concept pushed through without added complications. Nice to see given that some other new office towers are nothing but complications - Telus?
Also, I think it does what it needs to very well (architecturally). Since it will never have much of a presence in the skyline at distance, it has a very balanced (powerful but not overbearing) presence from the streets nearby.
