If by 'reasonable' you mean market rate, that depends on where in the $700k's you mean. There is a similarly sized MET2 unit on assignment on the 12th floor as well ~ 851sqft at $718k. My guess the unit is worth about the same. They are flipping the assignment somewhat early, and would be cutting into 'their' profit.

If you're curious how much they paid for the unit, going based off $600/sqft (how much I paid for mine), then they likely bought it around ~ $520k. It's sad to think now that the $500k's are cheap.

Don't forget to add GST as it relates to new residential real property. If the seller does not charge you the amount and CRA reassess him/her for uncollected GST, the seller has the right to sue you in order to recover the amount.

The signage outside the Midori has changed to Vittorio.

I believe this is simply Polygon reusing the Midori's showroom, not that the development has changed. Also nothing but BMW's and Lexus's outside.

Vittorio is listed as 6579 marlborough ave on the website, same as Midori, so I'm not sure what is going on.

Vittorio is going to be on the next block just south of Midori in between it and Imperial ('Imperial' the building project that's already started excavation, not the street).

Three towers stacked together much like you have the two Mets and Park on Nelson.

Vittorio and Midori are both being done by Polygon, hence the reason they are using the same showroom and resources and whatnot.

Imperial is by Amacon and a bit to the west on the Nelson/Imperial corner you'll have Polaris by Transca.
So it's going to be a pretty dense pack of blocks once all is said and done, with one 3 storey lowrise squeezed in between all of them.

Strange, http://www.nestpresales.com/listings/bldg-6752/Vittorio-Burnaby+South says it's at 6060 Marlborough Ave which is North, and also clearly wrong since Dunblane isn't over there.

@Kisai, As far as I know based on the renders it will be facing Dunblane and it's the lot directly south of Midori (the fenced off region).

Yup they're reusing the old Midori showroom space ~ which will then later become green space for Midori (as per the diagrams for Midori).

From what I heard, the weekend that just past (both Saturday-Sunday) was the VIP showing. I'm not sure if any sales took place.

......it's more than likely the official street address will change depending on which street side is the official entrance, and also depending on which street addresses both Imperial and Midori both have or end up with.
